The Woodsworth College Students' Association offers a range of services for the student body. To be eligible for these services, you have to be a registered Woodsworth Student.

PRINTING
The Woodsworth Computer Lab does have a printer available, but if you’d like printing done outside of the computer lab hours (link), please email the office staff (wcsa@mywcsa.com) your file with “PLEASE PRINT” in the subject box. 30-minute notice is required and only available during the WCSA Office Hours.
Black and White printing: $0.05/page.
Black and White Photocopying: $0.05/page.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Have a presentation, but no access to equipment? WCSA’s got you! The following equipment is available to be checked out throughout the day:
- Projector
- Speakers
- Digital SLR camera.
Notification of a minimum of 48 hours is required. Equipment must be checked out and returned during WCSA Office Hours.
A valid T-CARD is required.

ROOM BOOKING FOR CLUBS MEETING SPACE
Although our clubs don’t have specific rooms assigned to meet in regularly, WCSA will try their very best to help you find a meeting room in either the College itself or in the Residence building.
If your club needs a place to meet, please email vp.external@mywcsa.com as soon as possible. A minimum of one week notice is required.

May - August: $20
September - December OR January - April: $10
September - April: $15
WCSA does not provide locks; students must bring their own locks. Come see the Office Staff in WW103 during our Office Hours Mon-Fri.
Note: This service is currently suspended due to construction in the college.

GRADUATION PHOTOS
Are you graduating this year? WCSA coordinates the photoshoots for the Woodsworth College graduating class both in November and in June.
Please check your email and the calendar on our website for more details, photos are typically taken in the summer during August for November graduates in WW101 by Lassman Studios. For June graduates, photos are usually taken one week in February (before Reading Week) and one week in March from 9AM-5PM.
